Check-in / Check-out

• Check-in: from 4:00 pm to 11:00 pm
• Check-out: by 10:00 am

Spa & Wellness - Is it included?

• If you’re staying in the Chalet: the Spa is part of the property and entirely private for your exclusive use throughout the stay.
• If you’re staying in a Room: daily access to the private Spa is included, reserved for each room for one hour (or more) per day. Upon arrival, you can book your preferred time slot using the daily calendar.
• If you’re staying in the Apartment: you’ll have two private panoramic jacuzzis on the terrace — no booking needed.

Breakfast

• Included for Chalet bookings.
• Available on request for Rooms & Apartment (also served in-room, with supplement).

Pets

• Chalet François does not accept pets.

Parking

• Free private outdoor parking for up to 5 cars.
• Underground garage available upon request (1 parking space €10/per day).

Ski Lifts & Skipass

• Lift opening dates: check [Cervinia Impianti]
• Skipass: buy online [Cervino Ski Paradise]
• Main access points:
  • Cretaz–Campetto: in the town center, ZTL area (external parking).
  • Plain Maison – Plateau Rosà cable car: outside ZTL, paid parking available. Just a few minutes’ walk from the Chalet.
  • Zermatt (CH): directly connected via Plateau Rosà.
  • Valtournenche: 23 slopes for all levels, with large free parking.

Where to Ski

• Breuil-Cervinia: 45 slopes (7 black), snowpark at 2,800 m, freeride & boardercross.
• Zermatt (Switzerland): 75 slopes, 36 lifts, snowpark.
• Valtournenche: 23 slopes, perfect for families and kids.
